You Matter Moment
The You Matter cards continue to make an important impact. š
We had furloughs and layoffs during the early summer months of the pandemic. Weāve brought some people back, but not all, and not all to previous capacity because business is still down.
I recently made some individually packaged treats for my coworkers and included a You Matter card with a personal note on the back mentioning something they do that Iām grateful for.
One of my coworkers responded that the You Matter card meant a lot to him. Being laid off and brought back only on an āon callā basis made him feel like he doesnāt matter that much.Ā He wanted to let me know the card helped fill a hole he felt.
Letās keep sharing the caring!

Is there someone you know who recently lost a job or had their hours reduced?
Consider sending along a homemade meal and including a You Matter card.
You Matter.
