You Matter Moment

The You Matter cards continue to make an important impact. šŸ˜Š

We had furloughs and layoffs during the early summer months of the pandemic. Weā€™ve brought some people back, but not all, and not all to previous capacity because business is still down.

I recently made some individually packaged treats for my coworkers and included a You Matter card with a personal note on the back mentioning something they do that Iā€™m grateful for.

One of my coworkers responded that the You Matter card meant a lot to him. Being laid off and brought back only on an ā€œon callā€ basis made him feel like he doesnā€™t matter that much.Ā  He wanted to let me know the card helped fill a hole he felt.

Letā€™s keep sharing the caring!

Is there someone you know who recently lost a job or had their hours reduced?

Consider sending along a homemade meal and including a You Matter card.

You Matter.
