“I gave a You Matter card to a young lady sitting against a building on the boardwalk in Myrtle Beach. She got up and thanked me. She told me I would never know how much she needed that. She started to cry. I said; ‘Well it’s true! You 100% matter! Never forget that you matter.’ I smiled at her and she smiled back. I could tell it made a difference by the way she held up her head and had a spring in her step when she walked away. As I walked away, I too felt better.
