When the Moss Haven Elementary Dad’s Club learned that their beloved crossing guard, Ms. Trecia Crawford, had been commuting by bus for months after her car broke down, they didn’t just offer a ride, they shifted into high gear. In just a few days, the group raised thousands of dollars and partnered with a local dealership to surprise Ms. Crawford with a Jeep, complete with insurance and maintenance. It’s a beautiful reminder of how much we can achieve when we look out for one another.
